Role Description The General Manager will oversee day-to-day operations at the Pimpri Chinchwad office, ensuring alignment with Fynomics Financials’ strategic and financial objectives. This full-time, on-site role includes managing cross-functional teams, optimizing workflows, and implementing policies that support client delivery, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

The General

Manager will drive business development initiatives, maintain key client and partner relationships, and monitor performance metrics to meet growth targets and service quality standards.

Responsibilities also include budget management, resource allocation,



risk assessment, and continuous process improvement. The role requires active collaboration with senior leadership to shape strategy, support new service offerings, and foster a high-performance, inclusive work culture.

Location- Hinjewadi, Pune

Salary range- 4 to 6LPA

Qualifications

- Robust leadership and people management skills, with experience guiding cross-functional teams and cultivating an inclusive, performance-driven culture.
- Proficiency in operations management, strategic planning, and process improvement within financial services or related sectors.
- Knowledge of financial advisory domains such as funding readiness, investment matchmaking, compliance, valuation, and capital strategy.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with clients, investors, partners, and internal teams.
- Ability to interpret financial data, manage budgets, assess risk, and support decision-making through analytics and reporting.
- Experience in business development, market expansion, and driving revenue growth in a fast-paced, innovation-focused environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a senior management or general management role, preferably within a financial, consulting, or fintech organization.
