General Manager (Finance & Accounts) - Construction | EPC | Infrastructure | Real Estate

Location: Gurgaon

Reports To: CEO

Experience: 10-15 Yrs.

Qualification: CA preferred

Lead the overall finance function and act as a strategic partner to the CEO and Board, with primary responsibility for financial performance, project profitability, liquidity and capital management.

Responsibilities

- Financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling
- Project finance, project costing, margins and profitability
- Cash flow, treasury and working-capital management
- Banking facilities - CC/0O, BG,LC,term loans and project finance
- Debt andequity fundraising; investor/lender coordination and due diligence
- Financial reporting, MIS, accounting, audit andinternalcontrols
- Taxation and statutory/regulatory compliance
- Commercial controls, procurement finance and financial risk management
- Leadership of Finance, Accounts, Treasury,



Taxation and Commercial Finance teams

- Lower receivable days/OSO
- Optimised borrowing costs

Deal Profile

- CA preferred, with strong experience in Construction/EPC/Infrastructure/RealEstate or other large project-based businesses. Solid capability in finance, treasury, banking, working capital, project finance and fundraising. Supported by commercial acumen, strategic thinking, leadership and Board-level communication.
