Job Summary

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented General Manager to lead our club membership sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving membership sales, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and ensuring an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategies to achieve club membership sales targets.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and manage the sales team.
- Monitor team performance and ensure sales KPIs are achieved.
- Meet prospective clients, conduct presentations, and close membership sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential members.
- Handle client inquiries, negotiations, and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with marketing to generate quality leads and improve conversions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the membership sales department.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
