General Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager with strong expertise in interior fit-out, construction, or a related industry for our company in Hyderabad India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing overall business performance, driving operational efficiency, leading teams, and successfully managing clients, subcontractors, and multiple projects simultaneously.

The role requires robust leadership, commercial, and strategic management skills, with the ability to develop and implement plans that enhance operational performance and support sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the overall business, project, and operational activities of the company.
- Lead and manage project management, site operations, procurement, commercial, and support teams.
- Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.
- Manage project costing, contracts, procurement, variations, budgets, and overall project profitability.
- Drive operational efficiency, process improvement, team performance, and business growth.

· Identify potential project risks, operational challenges, and commercial issues, and implement appropriate measures to minimize their impact on project delivery and profitability. · Develop, motivate, and manage teams,



ensuring clear responsibilities, effective performance management, and the development of key personnel within the organization.

· Ensure that all projects and operations comply with applicable health and safety, quality, contractual, regulatory, and company requirements.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities and contribute to the company's overall growth strategy.

Candidate Profile

- 10+ years of relevant experience in construction, interior fit-out, turnkey projects, or a similar industry. Experience in glazing will be considered an advantage.
- Proven experience in a General Manager, Operations Head, or senior management role.
- Strong knowledge of project execution, commercial management, procurement, contracts, and cost control.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and client-management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, multidisciplinary teams, and competing priorities.
- Strong business understanding with a results-oriented and strategic approach.
