Purpose of the Role:

C.A/CMA/CFA/CPA/ACCA with 10+ years of experience with expert understanding of Record-to-Report operations and capability to lead Record-to-Report service delivery activities. Drive on-time, accurate & quality service delivery within agreed-upon SLAs for assigned Record-to-Report processes Support Record-to-Report service delivery by ensuring compliance with operational procedures and effectively leading team execution.

Key Functional Responsibilities:

Lead Finance and Accounting client and handle R2R - Focus on Reporting, General Ledger Entries, Intercompany, Reconciliation Fixed assets and Cash and Bank management etc

Manage client engagements / contracts across geographies - Operations support for establishing processes, metrics identifications and reporting

SLA adherence

Build and maintain robust tracking mechanism for key indicators of the operations to support decision-making





Run career development activities for team members including performance management, feedback and training

Drive transformation projects

Responsible to drive productivity and efficiency per contractual requirement

Lead operational and governance calls with client and Wipro leadership as required

Build backup and cross training plans and ensure they are implemented and revisited regularly

Strong knowledge of Upstream and downstream RTR

Strong knowledge of RTR Improvement and transformation projects

SAP S/4 Hana ERP exposure & good excel knowledge

Exposure and experience in one or multiple RTR tools
