Position : Gen AI with Genesys

Remote - India

We need a short-term resource for 4–6 weeks to evaluate and support GenAI integration with Genesys.

The Ideal Candidate Should Have Hands-on Experience With Either

- Google’s Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (CX), which is built for customer service and AI agents, or
- Vertex AI / Google GenAI services for building and integrating conversational AI solutions.

The scope would include assessing how to integrate Genesys with Google AI capabilities, including options such as Agent Assist / GenAI assist, knowledge assist, and related conversational AI features.

Short req version

Need a 4–6 week contractor/consultant with experience in Genesys + Google GenAI integration.

Preferred Background

- GECX / Gemini Enterprise for CX, or
- Vertex AI / Google AI
- Experience with Genesys integration, conversational AI, agent assist, and customer service workflows.
