- Evaluation:

Monitor procurement portals (such as the Government e Marketplace (GeM) and other state/national e-tendering platforms) to identify relevant business opportunities. Review tender papers, scope of work, and qualification criteria to check feasibility. [1, 2, 3]

- Compilation:

Prepare technical and commercial/financial proposals, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and cost estimates. Gather supporting documents and coordinate inputs across internal teams (sales, legal, finance, and delivery). [1, 2, 3]

- Quotation Management:

Float Requests for Quotations (RFQs) to suppliers or contractors, collect quotes, and prepare comparative statements. [1, 2]
