Position: Store Manager

Salary: Hike on Current CTC

Industry Preference: Garment Showroom / Garment Retail Experience Only

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall day-to-day showroom operations efficiently.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the showroom sales team.
- Drive sales, achieve targets, and improve overall store performance.
- Manage inventory, stock verification, inward/outward, and stock records.
- Ensure attractive product displays and proper visual merchandising.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Monitor billing, cash handling, daily sales, and operational reports.
- Maintain showroom standards, cleanliness, and overall presentation.





Candidate Profile 3–5 years of relevant experience in Garment Showroom / Garment Retail

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent customer handling and communication abilities

Sales-driven and target-oriented approach

Valuable understanding of garment retail operations and inventory management

Ability to independently manage showroom operations
