Role Overview

Looking for an experienced Technical Support / Technical Lead with solid expertise in Full Stack Development, application support, and production issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle application support, troubleshooting, bug fixing, and production issues.
- Work on Angular, Ionic, Java, Spring Boot, PL/SQL, and REST APIs.
- Perform RCA and implement patches/fixes.
- Lead technical teams and provide technical guidance.
- Support enterprise and mobile applications.
- Ensure application performance, stability, and availability.
- Coordinate with QA, business teams,



and stakeholders.

Required Skills Angular 16+ | Ionic 6+ | TypeScript | JavaScript | Java | Spring Boot | PL/SQL | REST API | HTML5 | CSS3/SCSS | Git/SVN | Production Support

Good to Have: RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL/SQL Server/MySQL, Jira, Jenkins, CI/CD.

Education: Graduate

Experience: 10+ years, including 46 years in Technical Support/Technical Lead roles.
