Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Palwal with Axis Max Life Insurance Limited. The role involves engaging with customers to understand their financial protection and savings needs, presenting suitable life insurance solutions, and supporting the completion of applications and related documentation.

Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, following internal compliance and regulatory guidelines, coordinating with branch teams and distribution partners, and participating in sales and service initiatives.



The role also includes responding to customer queries, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and contributing to business growth through need-based recommendations and ongoing relationship management.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to conduct needs-based conversations and build long-term trust.
- Sales and business development capabilities, including prospecting, presenting solutions, and meeting individual and team targets.
- Ability to understand financial and insurance products, interpret basic data or reports, and explain solutions in clear, simple language.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and local languages as relevant to the Palwal region.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for accurate documentation, record-keeping, and adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements.
- Comfort with using computers, CRM tools, and standard office software for daily reporting and customer follow-up.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred; prior experience in insurance, banking, or financial services is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Palwal, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a performance-driven, customer-focused environment.
