We welcome fresh graduates with strong programming fundamentals, curiosity, and a willingness to learn. You do not need extensive professional experience, but you should be comfortable with basic programming concepts and be able to demonstrate at least one academic or personal project.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and improve full-stack web applications.
- Work on frontend and backend development tasks under the guidance of the engineering team.
- Understand project requirements and translate them into functional technical solutions.
- Integrate APIs, databases, and application components.
- Debug issues, test features, and help deliver reliable software.
- Use Git for version control and collaborate with team members.
- Follow software development life cycle (SDLC) practices, including planning, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and continuously improve code quality.

Required Skills
- Basic programming knowledge in any language or framework.
- Understanding of frontend and backend development fundamentals.
- Basic knowledge of APIs and frontend-backend integration.
- Familiarity with Git and version control.
- Understanding of databases and basic web application concepts.
- Good logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and work collaboratively.
- Ability to explain at least one academic, personal, or practical software project.

Good to Have

These skills are helpful but are not mandatory:

- Familiarity with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js).
- Experience with any modern frontend or backend framework.
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms, hosting, servers, and deployment.




- Familiarity with networking and database fundamentals.
- Experience using AI-powered coding tools.
- Personal projects, internships, GitHub repositories, or other practical development experience.

Eligibility
- Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience may apply.
- Graduates from any field with basic programming knowledge are welcome.
- Candidates should be able to demonstrate at least one academic, personal, or professional project.
- Strong fundamentals and a willingness to learn are more important than extensive work experience.
- Candidates must be comfortable working from our office in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.
