Role Description The Full Stack Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The engineer will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications that support the group’s PR, communications technology, and media platforms.

Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing front-end interfaces, building and optimizing back-end services and APIs, integrating third-party tools, and ensuring seamless data flow between systems. The role involves collaborating closely with product, design,



and content teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, as well as writing clean, well-documented code, reviewing peer code, and contributing to architectural decisions. The engineer will also be expected to monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and support continuous improvement and security best practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills for building and maintaining end-to-end web solutions.
- Candidates should possess solid Front-End Development skills, including experience with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
- Candidates should possess Back-End Web Development skills for designing APIs, managing databases, and ensuring application performance and reliability.
- Experience with modern web frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue, Node.js, Django, or similar) and version control tools (e.g., Git) is beneficial.
- Knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases, RESTful services, and security best practices is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment is essential.
