About the Role

FlexGCC is looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to join a dedicated engineering team supporting Montford Group.

We're looking for someone with strong C#/.NET backend expertise and hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks who can independently develop and deliver end-to-end features.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain full-stack applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core Web API, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Build responsive frontend interfaces and integrate REST APIs.
- Design and optimize SQL databases and application performance.
- Own feature development from requirements through testing and deployment.
- Implement secure, scalable, maintainable code and conduct code reviews.
- Collaborate with the team lead and stakeholders in a distributed engineering environment.
- Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly to improve productivity and code quality.

Required Skills
- 3–5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core Web API (mandatory).




- Hands-on experience with React.js, Angular/AngularJS, Vue.js, or another modern JavaScript framework (mandatory).
- Experience with REST APIs, SQL, relational databases, and EF Core, Dapper, or equivalent.
- Understanding of OOP, asynchronous programming, dependency injection, and secure coding practices.
- Familiarity with Azure services, including App Services, Functions, and Managed Identity.
- Experience with Git, debugging, code reviews, and unit/integration testing.
- Robust problem-solving, communication, and end-to-end ownership skills.

Preferred Skills
- React.js, Next.js, TypeScript.
- Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Docker.
- Clean Architecture, microservices.
- xUnit/NUnit, Playwright/Cypress, OAuth/OIDC.

Work Arrangement
- Fully remote, India-based.
- 3 hours of daily overlap with California (U.S. Pacific Time).
- Flexible working hours outside the required overlap.
- Full-time engagement with a dedicated engineering team.

Note: This is a true full-stack position requiring hands-on involvement in both frontend and backend development.
