Full-Stack Developer

Remote / Noida, India - Hybrid Full Time, 3-5 years experience.

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Software Developer to join our engineering team and build scalable solutions that turn data into actionable insights. In this role, you will design and develop backend and frontend systems to collect, process, analyze, and visualize data related to innersourcing activities. You'll work with technologies such as JavaScript, GitHub APIs, Jira, OpenSearch, and modern web technologies including React/Next.js, Angular, and Node.js to deliver scalable, high-performance, and user-friendly solutions.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain backend systems integrating GitHub APIs, Jira, and other internal data sources
- Build intuitive, responsive, and scalable frontend interfaces for data insights and analytics
- Develop applications using React/Next.js/Angular, and Node.js
- Utilize OpenSearch for data storage, search, analysis, and efficient retrieval
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following engineering standards and best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across data collection, APIs, storage, and visualization
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective technical solutions
- Contribute to engineering excellence, continuous improvement, and technical innovation

Requirements

- Strong hands-on experience with React/Next.js, Angular,



or Node.js mandatory
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript
- Good experience with Java and backend development
- Experience working with REST APIs and third-party API integrations
- Experience with GitHub APIs, Jira APIs, or similar data sources
- Familiarity with OpenSearch, Elasticsearch, or similar search and analytics platforms
- Strong understanding of frontend and backend architecture
- Experience with databases, data processing, and scalable application development
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong commitment to engineering quality, coding standards, and best practices

Preferred qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in Full-Stack Software Development
- Strong hands-on development experience with up-to-date web technologies
- Ability to understand complex requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
