About The Role

You'll build real web applications end to end, with Django powering the backend and React powering rich, data-driven interfaces. You'll work with experienced engineers on live client projects.

What You'll Do

- Develop, test, and deploy web applications using Django and React.js (Next.js and TypeScript a plus).
- Build responsive, reusable UI components and dashboards that handle real-time or large datasets.
- Design and consume RESTful APIs between the React frontend and the Django backend.
- Work with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL), including schema design and queries.
- Improve application performance through debugging, profiling, and optimization.
- Write clean, tested code and participate in code reviews.
- Collaborate with designers,



engineers, and product managers in an Agile team using Git and Jira.
- Assist with Docker-based workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and AWS deployments.

Requirements

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Django (Django REST Framework preferred) and React.js through internships or projects.
- Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful API design.
- Experience building at least one full-stack project with a database and a deployed or demo-ready version.
- Comfortable with Git and version control workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

- TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and Redux Toolkit.
- SQL and database design experience (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
- Docker and CI/CD (GitHub Actions).
- Exposure to AWS.
- A dashboard or data-visualization project.
- Projects that integrate AI/LLM APIs.
- Prior internship experience, a GitHub profile with deployed projects, or hackathon participation.
