About the Role

Aerowing IT Solutions Private Limited is looking for a Full Stack Developer with 2–2.5 years of professional experience to join our engineering team.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and Express.js, along with practical knowledge of MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, and AWS.

The candidate will be responsible for developing, integrating, debugging, deploying, and maintaining modern web applications across both frontend and backend.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain web applications using React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and Express.js.
- Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
- Develop and integrate secure REST APIs.
- Work with MongoDB and PostgreSQL for database design and application data management.
- Implement authentication, authorization, RBAC, form validation, and API error handling.
- Use Redis for caching and other application requirements.
- Integrate third-party services including payment gateways, communication APIs, and external APIs.
- Use Docker for local development and application deployment.
- Deploy and maintain applications on AWS, including EC2, S3, and Lambda.
- Work with existing CI/CD pipelines and support application deployments.
- Debug and resolve frontend, backend, database, and production issues.
- Write clean, reusable, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Participate in code reviews and follow Git/GitHub best practices.
- Work closely with the team to understand requirements, estimate tasks, and deliver features within timelines.
- Contribute to application performance, reliability, security, and scalability improvements.

Required Technical Skills

Frontend

- Strong hands-on experience with React.js.
- Practical experience with Next.js.




- Good knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive web development.
- Good understanding of React concepts including:

- Components

- Hooks

- State management

- Props

- API integration

- Form handling

Backend
- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js.
- Good experience with Express.js.
- Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, and RBAC.
- Experience with validation, API security, and error handling.
- Understanding of backend security best practices.

Databases
- Good practical experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL.

- Understanding of

- CRUD operations

- Database relationships

- Indexing

- Query optimization
- Experience with Mongoose, Prisma, or similar ORM/ODM tools.

Redis
- Practical understanding of Redis.
- Experience implementing basic caching or using Redis for application requirements.

Docker & AWS
- Practical experience with Docker.
- Hands-on experience with:

- AWS EC2

- AWS S3

- AWS Lambda
- Understanding of application deployment and basic cloud infrastructure.
- Familiarity with CI/CD workflows.

API & Third-Party Integrations
- Experience integrating third-party APIs.
- Experience with payment gateways, communication/messaging APIs, or similar services.

- Understanding of

Development Practices
- Positive understanding of Git and GitHub.
- Familiarity with branching strategies and code reviews.




- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Understanding of basic application architecture and scalability.
- Familiarity with message queues or event-driven architecture is an advantage.

Candidate Requirements
- 2–2.5 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong practical experience with the MERN Stack.
- Good hands-on experience with React.js and Next.js.
- Strong backend experience with Node.js and Express.js.
- Experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
- Practical experience with Redis and Docker.
- Hands-on experience with AWS EC2, S3, and Lambda.
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, and RBAC.
- Experience integrating third-party APIs.
- Good understanding of modern JavaScript/TypeScript development.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently on assigned features while collaborating effectively with the team.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
