Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and development of contemporary, responsive, and scalable front-end applications using ReactJS.

- Architect and implement reusable UI components, state management, and front-end best practices.

- Collaborate with Product Owners, UX/UI designers, and backend teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.

- Design and consume APIs using GraphQL and REST services.

- Drive technical decisions, code reviews, and development standards across the team.

- Optimize application performance, accessibility, security, and scalability.

- Work closely with cloud and DevOps teams to deploy and support applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

- Monitor application health, user experience, and production issues using New Relic, Quantum Metric, and Splunk.

- Analyze customer behavior, application performance, and production incidents to proactively improve platform reliability.

- Support CI/CD processes and contribute to DevOps and automation initiatives.

- Mentor junior and senior developers and provide technical leadership across projects.

- Analyze Core Web Vitals and front-end performance metrics for web pages,



collaborate with development teams to optimize page load times, responsiveness, and visual stability, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Required Qualifications

- 8+ years of overall software development experience.

- 4+ years of hands-on experience with ReactJS, NextJS, NodeJS and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.

- Strong experience in E-commerce/Retail domain with exposure to customer journey, cart, checkout, payment, and order management flows.

- Hands-on experience with GraphQL and API integrations.

- Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.

- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Node JS and responsive design principles.

- Experience with front-end build tools, testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience using monitoring and observability tools such as:

- Current Relic

- Quantum Metric

- Splunk

- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.

- Experience leading teams and working in Agile/Scrum environments.
