Job Summary

YoungMinds Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a product-based company, is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Frontend Developer – React.js to join our development team. The candidate will be responsible for building responsive, interactive, and user-friendly web applications using React.js and contemporary frontend technologies. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in JavaScript, UI development, and frontend best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js.
- Build reusable UI components and frontend libraries for future use.
- Convert UI/UX designs and wireframes into functional, high-quality interfaces.
- Develop interactive user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React.js.
- Manage application state using React Hooks, Context API, or other state-management tools.
- Integrate REST APIs with frontend applications and handle API responses.
- Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Identify, debug, and resolve UI issues and frontend bugs.
- Collaborate with backend developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and other team members.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment activities.
- Maintain clean, reusable, scalable, and well-documented code.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Understanding of React.js, functional components, props, state, and React Hooks.
- Knowledge of responsive web design and mobile-first development.
- Understanding of REST APIs and JSON data handling.




- Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
- Basic knowledge of debugging and browser developer tools.
- Understanding of component-based architecture and reusable UI development.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Redux, Context API, or other state-management solutions.
- Knowledge of TypeScript.
- Experience with UI frameworks such as Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or Material UI.
- Basic understanding of frontend testing tools such as Jest or React Testing Library.
- Familiarity with build tools such as Vite or Webpack.
- Knowledge of website deployment and performance optimization.
- Academic projects, internships, or personal projects using React.js.

Educational Qualifications
- B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- BCA / MCA or equivalent computer-related qualifications are also acceptable.
- Freshers with strong frontend fundamentals and practical project experience are encouraged to apply.
