Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to US insurance companies regarding pending medical claims.
- Follow up on unpaid, denied, and underpaid claims to ensure timely resolution.
- Verify claim status, payment details, denial reasons, and outstanding balances.
- Identify claim discrepancies and coordinate with the concerned teams for resolution.
- Maintain accurate call notes and update claim status in the system.
- Achieve daily productivity and quality targets while ensuring compliance with process guidelines.

Candidate Requirements
- Valuable English communication and listening skills.
- Experience in US Healthcare RCM / Medical Billing preferred.
- Knowledge of AR calling, claim follow-up, and denial management will be an advantage.
- Ability to work in a night shift and a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹230,000.00 per month
