We are looking for French-speaking professionals with strong communication skills to join the team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have B2-level French proficiency, prior international experience, and hands-on experience in a voice-based process.

Location: Gurgaon

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

CTC: Up to ₹8 LPA

Experience: 1+ Year of International Experience – Mandatory

French Language: B2 Certified – Mandatory

Process: Voice

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Cab: Both-Side Cab Facility

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer interactions through voice-based communication in French.
- Communicate effectively with international customers and resolve their queries professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate and timely resolutions.




- Maintain high standards of customer service and communication.
- Document customer interactions and update relevant information in the system.
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and performance metrics.

Required Skills
- French B2 certification is mandatory.
- 1+ year of international experience is mandatory.
- Prior experience in a voice process is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in French and English.
- Robust customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work from the Gurgaon office

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
