Job Summary

We are looking for a Freight Operations Executive to handle day-to-day sea export operations, documentation, shipment coordination, and shipping-line activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor sea export shipments from booking to completion.
- Coordinate with customers/exporters for shipment and export documentation.
- Check freight rates and coordinate with shipping lines.
- Place shipping bookings and follow up on booking confirmations.
- Prepare and submit Shipping Instructions (SI).
- Coordinate Bill of Lading (BL) drafts, corrections, approval, and release.
- Follow up for BL release, surrender, and freight invoices.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, customers, and agencies for smooth shipment movement.
- Track shipment status and ensure timely completion of operational activities.
- Prepare and maintain daily shipment reports.
- Resolve documentation and operational issues promptly.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Sea Export & Freight Forwarding Operations.
- Experience in Export Documentation.
- Knowledge of BL, SI,



Booking and Freight processes.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving ability.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to handle multiple shipments and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

- 3–6 years of experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics / Export Operations.
- Experience working with shipping lines and export documentation.
- Robust coordination and customer-handling skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
