Position: French Language Specialist – International Process

Location: Sector 30, Gurugram | Work From Office

Salary: Up to ₹8.5 LPA

Working Days: 5 days a week

Shift: Rotational shifts & rotational week offs

Transport: Both-side cab facility, subject to hiring zone

Joining: Immediate Joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer interactions in French and English through the assigned communication channel.
- Assist customers with their queries, requests, and service-related concerns.
- Provide accurate and qualified resolutions while maintaining high service quality.
- Understand customer requirements and communicate solutions clearly.
- Maintain proper documentation and update customer information in internal systems.
- Follow defined process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Handle interactions related to the Canadian market while maintaining a strong customer experience.




- Meet defined productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team when required.

Candidate Requirements:
- Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in an international customer service/support process.
- C1 French certification is mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in French with good verbal and written communication.
- Good command of English.
- Candidates with Canadian market exposure will be preferred.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week offs.
- Strong customer-handling, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period are preferred.
