We are looking for a motivated, sales-driven, and results-oriented Freight Broker to join our growing logistics team.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Develop and maintain robust relationships with shippers, customers, carriers, 3PLs, and logistics partners.

✅ Generate new business through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and lead generation.

✅ Handle OTR, Drayage & Freight Forwarding shipments from booking to final delivery.

✅ Source reliable carriers and manage carrier relationships.

✅ Negotiate rates with customers and carriers while maintaining healthy margins.

✅ Manage load booking, tracking, documentation, pickup & delivery coordination.

✅ Handle port, rail, terminal, container, and Drayage-related requirements.

✅ Resolve delays, capacity issues, missed appointments, and shipment escalations.

✅ Monitor market conditions, lane rates, capacity, and carrier availability.

✅ Maintain accurate records in TMS, CRM, load boards, and other logistics systems.





✅ Achieve targets for sales, load volume, revenue, gross margin, and customer acquisition.

Requirements

✅ Previous experience as a Freight Broker is required.

✅ Strong experience in US OTR, Drayage, Freight Forwarding, Freight Brokerage, or 3PL operations.

✅ Excellent sales, communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

✅ Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, and business development.

✅ Familiarity with ports, terminals, rail facilities, containers, and Drayage operations is an advantage.

✅ Proficiency with TMS, CRM, load boards, and Microsoft Office.
