Role Description This is a full-time, remote Freelancing role focused on AppDynamics Implementation. The professional in this role will be responsible for planning, installing, configuring, and integrating AppDynamics across client environments, ensuring optimal performance monitoring and application visibility.

Day-to-day tasks include assessing client requirements, designing implementation architectures, setting up dashboards, alerts, and health rules, and validating data accuracy.



The role involves collaborating with client stakeholders to align AppDynamics configurations with business and technical objectives, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing existing deployments. The professional will also provide knowledge transfer, documentation, and post-implementation support to help clients maximize the value of their monitoring solutions.

Qualifications

- Strong Software Implementation skills, including experience with AppDynamics deployment, configuration, and integration.
- Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret performance data, identify root causes, and recommend optimization strategies.
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus, with the ability to understand client needs and deliver reliable solutions.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders and providing clear documentation.
- Hands-on experience with application performance monitoring (APM), observability tools, and related IT infrastructure.
- Solid understanding of distributed applications, microservices, databases, and cloud or hybrid environments.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple client engagements, and meet agreed timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Relevant certifications in AppDynamics, APM, or related technologies are advantageous.
