Roles & Responsibilities:

- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various positions across industries.
- Understand client requirements, including , experience, and specific skill sets, to target your search effectively.
- Develop effective strategies to source qualified candidates through various platforms, job boards, social media channels, and professional networks.
- Evaluate resumes and profiles to determine candidate fit and shortlist top candidates for further evaluation.




- Negotiate salaries and finalize hiring decisions.
- Maintain a professional relationship with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

- Strong sourcing skills via multiple methods, including active and passive sourcing.
- Previous freelance recruitment experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to screen and assess candidates based on job requirements.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Experience using social media platforms for recruiting is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is a PLUS.
