? Role: Systems Analyst – Integrations & Data

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Technical Business Analyst / Systems Analyst with strong expertise in SQL, APIs, Source-to-Target (S2T) Mapping, System Integration, Data Analysis, and Technical Documentation.

This is a technical authorship role where you will personally create the artifacts that development and QA teams build from — including system/interface specifications, S2T mappings, API contracts, batch integration specifications, and technical requirements.

? Key Responsibilities

- Gather and document business and technical requirements for web platforms and integrated back-end systems
- Personally author BRDs, FRDs, SRS, and technical/system design documentation
- Create detailed Source-to-Target (S2T) data mappings, including data types, transformation rules, defaults, null handling, and lookups
- Profile source data and use SQL to validate mapping assumptions and investigate discrepancies
- Define REST API integration specifications, including endpoints, JSON payloads, authentication, status codes, and error handling
- Document batch/file integrations, schedules, SLAs, control totals, reconciliation, retry, and reprocessing logic
- Write SQL queries using joins, aggregations, and window functions for data profiling and validation
- Create process flows, data-flow diagrams, sequence diagrams, ERDs, and logical data models
- Perform gap, feasibility, impact,



and root-cause analysis across integrated systems
- Support and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate results directly against database data
- Maintain Requirements Traceability Matrix from requirements through UAT
- Manage requirements, epics, features, and user stories using Azure DevOps
- Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and data owners in an Agile/Scrum environment

? Required Skills

✅ 6+ years of Technical Business Analysis / Systems Analysis

✅ Strong hands-on SQL / Microsoft SQL Server experience

✅ Strong Source-to-Target (S2T) Data Mapping experience

✅ Hands-on REST API / JSON / API Analysis

✅ Experience documenting API request/response structures, authentication, and status codes

✅ Real-time API and batch/file integration knowledge

✅ Strong experience with BRD, FRD, SRS, SDD and interface documentation

✅ Data profiling, validation, reconciliation, and data migration experience

✅ Process mapping, workflow design, data-flow diagrams, ERDs / logical data models

✅ Azure DevOps and Agile/Scrum experience

✅ UAT, requirements traceability, gap analysis, and impact analysis

✅ Understanding of RBAC, PII, data security, and enterprise integrations

⭐ Highly Desirable

- Public-sector / government / regulated enterprise experience
- Perks, entitlement, case-management, or large-scale government program experience
- Swagger / OpenAPI and Postman
- Visio, Lucidchart, draw.io, or Enterprise Architect
