We’re Hiring: Freelance Performance Marketing Expert

We are looking for an experienced and highly hands-on Freelance Performance Marketing Expert to manage and scale paid lead-generation campaigns for online degree programmes across Meta Ads and Google Ads .

The primary objective of this role is simple: generate high-quality learner leads at an efficient CPL and improve lead-to-admission outcomes.

What You’ll Work On

• Plan, launch and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns for online degree programmes

• Generate qualified leads for programmes such as Online MBA, BBA, BCA, MCA, M.Com, MA and other online degrees

- Build and test campaign structures, audiences, keywords, creatives and ad copy

• Optimise campaigns for CPL, CAC, lead quality and conversion rates

- Scale high-performing campaigns while maintaining acquisition efficiency
- Manage retargeting and remarketing campaigns

• Analyse the complete funnel from Ad → Lead → Counselling → Application → Admission

- Work closely with our admissions/sales team to understand lead quality and conversion feedback
- Identify low-quality traffic sources and improve targeting accordingly
- Conduct structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, messaging and landing pages
- Monitor campaigns regularly and make data-driven optimisation decisions

• Track performance using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, GTM and conversion tracking tools

- Share explicit performance reports and actionable recommendations

Who We’re Looking For

We are specifically looking for someone who:

• Has strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads





• Has successfully managed lead-generation campaigns

• Understands education or other high-consideration lead funnels

• Has strong knowledge of CPL, CAC, CTR, CPC, CVR and ROAS

- Can independently analyse why campaigns are underperforming and fix them
- Has experience scaling campaigns without compromising lead quality
- Understands conversion tracking, attribution and funnel analytics
- Can work directly on ad accounts rather than only coordinating with agencies
- Is highly analytical, execution-focused and comfortable taking ownership of outcomes

Experience running campaigns for online education, edtech, universities, colleges, admissions, study abroad, financial services or other high-intent lead-generation businesses will be strongly preferred.
