About the Role

We are looking for a creative and skilled Freelance Graphic Designer to work with our digital marketing team on various brand and campaign requirements. The candidate should be able to independently understand briefs and deliver high-quality, engaging creatives within agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Create social media posts, banners, ad creatives, campaign creatives, and marketing materials for different brands.
- Develop creative concepts based on brand requirements and campaign objectives.
- Design creatives for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Adapt designs into different sizes and formats as required.
- Work on multiple brands while maintaining their individual brand identity.
- Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to convert ideas into visually engaging designs.
- Deliver high-quality designs within agreed deadlines.
- Make revisions based on feedback and ensure final creatives meet brand requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, social media trends, and AI design tools.

Required Skills




- Solid hands-on knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Experience with AI-based graphic design and editing tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layouts, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Good creative thinking and ability to develop original design concepts.
- Experience creating digital marketing and social media creatives.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Strong attention to detail and a good sense of aesthetics.
- Ability to meet deadlines consistently.

Preferred
- Prior experience working with a Digital Marketing / Advertising Agency.
- Experience handling creatives for multiple brands.
- Knowledge of UI/UX, motion graphics, or basic video editing will be an added advantage.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital marketing and social media creatives.

Ideal Candidate A self-motivated and creative designer who can quickly understand briefs, bring fresh ideas, work independently, and deliver high-quality brand creatives within deadlines. Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
