Position: Franchise Manager

Location: Hyderabad | WFH / Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle and follow up on franchise leads through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective franchise partners and drive deal closure.
- Travel within Hyderabad and other locations as required for franchise meetings and closures.
- Coordinate franchise agreements and ensure smooth completion of documentation.
- Guide and support franchise branches in coordination with the Operations team.
- Monitor daily branch requirements and provide operational support wherever required.

Requirements:

- Experience in preschool / education franchise sales preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English preferred.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and valuable at relationship management.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
