Sr Manager - FPNA, Strategic Finance & Business Planning

Position Overview

We are looking for a finance qualified to drive annual budgeting, long-range business planning, FP&A; and strategic business analysis.

The role will work closely with senior management and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business plans and strategic initiatives into financial plans, forecasts and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Annual Operating Plan (AOP), budgeting and periodic forecasting.
- Drive Long-Range Business Planning and develop 35 year financial/business plans.
- Prepare financial analysis, business performance reviews and management MIS.
- Develop financial models, scenarios and business cases to support strategic decisions.
- Analyse revenue, profitability, costs, business drivers and variances; provide actionable insights.
- Partner with business functions to evaluate strategic initiatives, growth opportunities and business projects.




- Track key business/financial KPIs and support management in reviewing performance against plan.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders across Finance and Business teams for planning, analysis and decision support.
- Support implementation and tracking of strategic initiatives through structured reviews and reporting.

Ideal Profile

- 12–18 years of experience in FP&A;, Business Planning, Strategic Finance or Corporate Planning.
- Strong hands-on experience in AOP/Budgeting + Long-Range Planning + Forecasting.
- Good understanding of business performance analysis, financial modelling and management reporting.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to work cross-functionally on strategic initiatives.
- Candidates from FP&A; / Business Planning / Strategic Finance backgrounds preferred over pure controllership or accounting profiles.
