Experience: 2-4 Years in Foundry Operations

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Foundry supervisor to manage and oversee our complete foundry operations. The candidate will be responsible for production planning, quality control, manpower management, process improvement, and ensuring smooth and productive day-to-day foundry operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise day-to-day foundry production activities.
- Plan production schedules and ensure timely completion of customer orders.
- Manage melting, molding, core making, fettling, finishing, and other foundry processes.
- Monitor and maintain product quality as per customer specifications.
- Control rejection, rework, material wastage, and production costs.
- Manage and guide foundry workers, supervisors, and operators.
- Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of foundry machinery and equipment.
- Coordinate with the purchase, quality, stores, and dispatch teams.
- Maintain production records, process parameters, and daily production reports.




- Identify production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
- Develop and implement methods to improve productivity, quality, and overall efficiency.

Candidate Requirements

- 10th/12th/Diploma/ITI preferred.
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in foundry operations.
- Strong knowledge of casting, molding, melting, and foundry processes.
- Experience in managing production teams and shop-floor operations.
- Good knowledge of quality control and rejection reduction.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to independently manage foundry operations and manpower.
