Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad for a Founding Growth, GTM & Business Strategy Manager. The role involves driving go-to-market strategy, shaping customer acquisition and retention plans, and building playbooks for rapid yet sustainable growth.

Daily responsibilities include conducting market and competitive analysis, developing pricing and positioning strategies, and collaborating with product and operations teams to refine the service offering. The Manager will design and track growth funnels, oversee performance metrics, and run experiments to improve unit economics and rider/driver experience.



This role also includes working closely with leadership on business planning, fundraising narratives, and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data, build models, and derive actionable insights.
- Experience in Business Planning and Strategic Planning to support growth, profitability, and market expansion.
- Proficiency in Market Research to understand customer behavior, competitive landscape, and regulatory context.
- Background in Consulting or strategy roles, preferably in mobility, marketplaces, or consumer technology.
- Demonstrated experience in GTM strategy, growth experimentation, and performance measurement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced founding environment, with structured thinking and hands-on execution.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; startup or high-growth experience is a plus.
