- Have worked with Founders and know how crazy shit can get!

- Have experience in core people functions such as Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance management and anything really, that the startup needs!
- Ability to design and optimize people processes, policies, and systems in a startup or rapid-growing environment.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Comfort working closely with founders and cross-functional teams, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
