Want to understand how an early-stage company actually gets built and taken to market?

PockyDoc is building a connected health and wellness ecosystem across prevention, care and recovery. We're now taking the product to market, starting with Mumbai.

You'll work directly with the founder across growth, business development, partnerships, research and operations. Expect a mix of research, outreach, meetings and on-ground execution.

Location requirement: You must currently be based in Mumbai and comfortable travelling locally for meetings and field visits. This is not a remote internship.

What you'll work on

Research markets and identify new opportunities

Take ideas from research to outreach and execution

Speak with potential partners, customers and businesses

Support partnerships, sales and onboarding

Turn market feedback into clear next steps

Help improve pitches, processes and GTM experiments





Own projects where the answer may not already be obvious

You'll be a robust fit if you

Are genuinely curious about how businesses are built

Take ownership without needing every step explained

Can research something unfamiliar and quickly make sense of it

Communicate confidently and listen well

Care about getting things done, not just completing tasks

Are comfortable with changing priorities and on-ground execution

What you'll get

Work closely with the founder and get hands-on exposure to the decisions and execution involved in taking an early-stage company to market.This isn't an internship built around observing from the sidelines. You'll be expected to think, contribute and take ownership.
