Founder’s Office Associate – GTM & Growth

About the Role

Work directly with the Founder across GTM, Sales, Business Development, Market Research, and Growth .

This is a high-ownership role where you’ll help find customers, build sales, test GTM strategies, and drive business growth .

What You’ll Do

- Research markets, customers, and competitors.
- Identify prospects and build target accounts.
- Run outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and calls.
- Support sales calls, demos, and client conversations.
- Build GTM strategies and sales processes.
- Track pipeline, conversions, and revenue.
- Work on high-priority projects with the Founder.
- Use AI, automation, and CRM tools to improve execution.

What We’re Looking For

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- High ownership and ability to work independently.
- Comfortable with sales, research, and ambiguity.




- Interest in startups, SaaS, technology, and growth.
- Good with Google Sheets/Excel, Slides/PowerPoint, and AI tools.

Good to have: Sales/BD experience, B2B SaaS exposure, CRM/Sales Navigator knowledge, or outbound experience. Who Should Apply?
