We're looking for someone to work closely with the founder and help build an early-stage D2C company.

TLDR

This is not a role where you'll spend your day making decks, taking meeting notes or waiting for someone to tell you what to do. If you're very passionate, take complete ownership of work and want to give it your best every single time, you are the person for the job.

Responsibilities

On any given week, you could be figuring out why our marketplace sales dropped, reviewing performance marketing numbers, coordinating with a manufacturer, improving an operational process, working through a P&L;, chasing a vendor, helping launch a new product or making sure something that was supposed to happen actually happened.

You will work across

- Performance marketing
- Social media and content
- Amazon and other marketplaces
- D2C/e-commerce
- P&L; and business metrics
- Operations and supply chain
- Manufacturing
- New launches and experiments

Think of it as an MBA where the assignments are real, the numbers are real and there is no answer key.

Who we're looking for

You are probably a good fit if:

- You have roughly 1–3 years of work experience.
- You genuinely want to build in D2C and understand how a consumer business works.
- You're very comfortable with numbers and can quickly tell when a metric doesn't make sense.
- You think logically and can break messy problems into smaller ones.
- You have a strong bias for action. You'd rather run a sensible experiment than spend two weeks debating it.
- You're resourceful. When there isn't an obvious answer, you figure one out.
- You're equally comfortable with a spreadsheet and getting on the ground to make something happen.
- You follow things through. “I sent them a message” isn't the same as “it's done.”
- You're easy to work with, communicate clearly and don't bring ego into the room lol.




- You ask questions when you don't understand something, but don't need hand-holding for every decision.
- You care a lot about getting better at what you do.

A reality check

Early-stage startups have more failures than successes.

Some experiments won't work. Some launches will underperform. Priorities will change. Processes will occasionally be messy. And there will be weeks where the work runs long because something simply needs to get done.

If you're looking for a very predictable role with clearly defined boundaries and established SOPs for everything, this probably isn't the right job.

If the idea of figuring things out, building systems where none exist and getting noticeably better every six months excites you, you'll probably enjoy it here.

We care less about where you went to college or whether you've worked at a famous company.

We care about whether you:

Think clearly. Learn quickly. Understand numbers. Take ownership. Move fast. And finish what you start.

Most importantly, we want someone who wants to understand how a D2C company is actually built, not just observe one being built.
