Position: Food Inspector

Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai

Experience: 38 years in Seafood Processing, Food Quality, QA/QC or Food Inspection

Roles:

- Identify non-conformities and support RCA/CAPA and corrective actions.
- Conduct or support factory, process, supplier, and product audits where required.
- Maintain proper inspection records and documentation.
- Support technical discussions with clients regarding product specifications, inspection requirements, and quality standards.
- Assist in techno-commercial activities such as understanding client requirements,



scope of inspection and service requirements.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of seafood processing and quality control.
- Hands-on experience in seafood inspection / QA / QC.
- Knowledge of export quality requirements and seafood export documentation.
- Good understanding of HACCP, GMP, GHP, SSOP and food safety systems.
- Experience in preparing inspection and quality reports.
- Positive communication and client coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently at processing plants, warehouses and client locations.
- Good analytical and documentation skills.
