Role Description The Food and Beverage Supervisor will oversee daily operations of the restaurant, bar, coffee shop, and banquet service areas to ensure smooth, efficient, and guest-focused service. This full-time, on-site role based in Pachpadra involves supervising service staff, coordinating shift schedules, monitoring food and beverage quality, and maintaining high service standards across all outlets. The supervisor will handle guest interactions, resolve service issues, support event and banquet setups, and collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.





Responsibilities include training team members, enforcing hygiene and safety protocols, monitoring inventory, and assisting with menu promotions to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue. The role requires hands-on leadership on the floor, active participation in daily briefings, and clear communication with management to continuously improve operations.
