Role Description The Flutter Developer will design, develop, test, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart, ensuring high performance and a consistent user experience across platforms. The role involves collaborating with designers and product stakeholders to translate requirements into clean, scalable code, integrating back-end services and APIs, and optimizing applications for speed and responsiveness.

The developer will participate in code reviews, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues,



and contribute to improving development standards and best practices. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Thiruvananthapuram, requiring close collaboration with the local team and active participation in all phases of the software development lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science principles, including data structures, algorithms, and software architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Software Development and Programming, preferably in Flutter/Dart and up-to-date development workflows.
- Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), writing modular, reusable, and maintainable code.
- Understanding of Back-End Web Development concepts, RESTful APIs, and integration with mobile applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development practices.
- Familiarity with mobile UI/UX standards, performance optimization, and debugging tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Thiruvananthapuram, collaborate effectively in a team, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
