- 5+ years of Flowable engineer and modelling experience

- Strong experience in developing workflow automation solutions using Flowable BPMN, CMMN, and DMN models

- Strong experience in custom Flowable extensions, event listeners, and service tasks to integrate with external systems

- Strong experience in Flowable process execution for performance and scalability

- Strong experience in integrating Flowable REST APIs and Java APIs

- Strong experience in customizing Flowable User Interface and Flowable Forms

- • Strong experience in development and maintenance of RESTful APIs and microservices using Java 11+/Spring Boot, Flowable-based applications on Azure/AWS/GCP

Must Have Skills

- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Flowable Engineer, including process modeling and workflow automation.

- Strong expertise in Flowable BPMN, CMMN, and DMN for designing and implementing business workflows and decision models.

- Extensive experience in developing workflow automation solutions using the Flowable platform.

- Strong experience in creating custom Flowable extensions, service tasks, event listeners, delegates, and integrations.

- Experience integrating Flowable workflows with external enterprise systems through REST APIs, Java APIs, and messaging frameworks.

- Robust understanding of Flowable process execution, optimization, performance tuning, and scalability.

- Experience customizing Flowable UI, Flowable Forms, and user task interfaces.

- Strong hands-on experience with Java 11+, Spring Boot, and enterprise application development.

- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and Microservices using Spring Boot.





- Strong knowledge of software design principles, object-oriented programming, and integration patterns.

- Experience working with relational databases and writing optimized SQL queries.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and CI/CD practices.

- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.

Good to Have Skills

- Experience deploying and managing Flowable-based applications on Azure, AWS, or GCP.

- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.

- Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or other CI/CD tools.

- Familiarity with event-driven architectures and messaging technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Azure Service Bus.

- Exposure to Identity and Access Management solutions such as OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and Azure AD.

- Experience with monitoring and observability tools for workflow applications.

- Knowledge of business process transformation, compliance, or regulatory workflow platforms.

- Exposure to cloud-native architecture and microservices patterns.

- Experience integrating workflow solutions with ERP, CRM, or enterprise business applications.

- Understanding of AI-driven workflow automation, intelligent document processing, or agent-based orchestration solutions.

- Strong experience delivering enterprise-scale workflow automation solutions.

- Ability to work closely with business stakeholders to translate process requirements into scalable workflow designs.
