Core Responsibilities
- Coverage: Assign staff based on workload or traffic and manage shift breaks.
- Quality: Inspect work in progress, fix errors, and ensure high standards.
- Throughput: Keep tasks moving, remove bottlenecks, and solve problems fast.
- Compliance: Enforce safety, health, and company rules.
- Team Support: Train new hires, handle scheduling, and resolve conflicts or customer complaints.
- Reporting: Report staff performance and shift logs to senior management or HR.
