This is the most common technical role. The core focus is ensuring high efficiency and smooth delivery of two-wheeler servicing.

- Job Allocation & WIP Management: Allocate jobs from vehicle job cards to mechanics and technicians based on priority and skill level. Keep track of Work-in-Progress (WIP) vehicles to minimize delivery delays.
- Technician Super vison: Lead and monitor the productivity of the mechanical team. Ensure workplace discipline, safety standards, and strict cleanliness of the servicing bays.
- Quality Control: Audit the quality of ongoing and finished repair works before vehicle release to ensure high OEM standards.
- Customer & Advisor Liaison: Communicate effectively with Service Advisors regarding delays, problem diagnosis, or supplementary work requirements. Assist in resolving escalated customer complaints.
- KPI Tracking: Prepare and submit daily reports regarding vehicle inflow, turnaround time, workshop targets,



and general floor efficiency to the Works Manager
- Showroom Upkeep: Ensure all display bikes are clean, pristine, and correctly formatted to brand standards on the showroom floor.
- Sales Team Coordination: Supervise floor sales executives, monitor target compliance, and evaluate overall representative performance.
- Customer Journey Monitoring: Supervise customer walkthroughs, booking processes, and ensure that walk-in enquiries receive prompt assistance and test drives.
- Lead Distribution: Effectively allocate customer walk-in leads and organize systematic follow-up programs.
