We are looking for a Floor Manager to supervise and manage our team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate the team to achieve daily/monthly targets.
- Monitor telecalling, lead follow-ups, sales, and franchise registrations.
- Assign tasks and track team performance.
- Handle customer and franchise-center escalations.
- Coordinate with Sales, Support, Technical, and Accounts teams.
- Conduct team meetings and provide guidance/training.
- Prepare daily performance reports and update management.
- Maintain discipline and ensure company processes are followed.
Requirements:
- Positive leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in team handling, sales, telecalling, or customer support preferred.
- Kannada and English communication required.
- Basic computer and Excel knowledge.
