? We’re Hiring | Fleet Personnel Officer

? Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra

We are seeking an experienced Fleet Personnel Officer to manage and coordinate crewing activities for assigned vessels and ensure the timely deployment of qualified and compliant crew.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate end-to-end crew changes, including relief planning, travel, visas, port agency and local logistics
- Ensure crew compliance with STCW, training, medical and travel documentation requirements
- Coordinate crew planning, inductions, sign-on meetings, briefings and debriefings
- Maintain accurate crew databases, crew lists, contracts and crew change documentation
- Monitor crew contract extensions and ensure timely follow-up with relevant stakeholders
- Coordinate with Masters, seafarers, manning agents, port agents, authorities and internal teams




- Review crew-related expenses and operational invoices
- Support internal/external audits, emergency crewing requirements and process improvement initiatives

Candidate Profile

✔ Experience in Crewing, Fleet Personnel, Ship Management or Maritime Operations

✔ Strong knowledge of crew change procedures and seafarer documentation

✔ Understanding of STCW and maritime compliance requirements

✔ Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving abilities

✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced operational environment

✔ Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

✔ Maritime or Ship Management experience will be an advantage
