Role & responsibilities

- Manage FMCG department operations, product availability and replenishment.

- Drive sales targets and key retail KPIs.

- Implement Executive Offers, DBT, RBT & ATS.

- Maintain inventory accuracy and stock availability.

- Ensure FIFO and near-expiry control.

- Monitor and control shrinkage, damages and stock losses.

- Coordinate and supervise department staff.

- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries.

- Maintain product displays and merchandising standards.

- Prepare basic sales, inventory and KPI reports.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in any discipline.

- 03 years of experience in FMCG / Retail / Supermarket / Grocery / Departmental Store operations.

- Robust communication and team-handling skills.

- Good understanding of inventory and retail operations.

- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.

- Willingness to work at Panchkula, Jubbal, Theog or Nangal.
