In the fisheries segment, its products are used for applications such as trawling, gill netting, purse seine and other fishing operations, with products designed around strength, durability, handling and fishing performance.
Position Details
- Role: Fisheries Sales
- Location: Mangalore, Karnataka
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Experience: Min. 3 Yrs
Role & responsibilities
- Identify and develop customers including fishermen, distributors, dealers and marine supply stores.
- Drive sales of Fishing Nets, Fishing Ropes and Twine.
- Handle direct and secondary sales and strengthen the distribution network.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular market visits and follow-ups.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Drive new product launches, promotional schemes and market-share growth.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.
- Achieve territory-wise sales, collection, profitability and business targets.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
- Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions and local fishing community events
Preferred candidate profile Local candidates from Mangalore/coastal Karnataka with strong knowledge of the local fisheries market and willingness to travel will be preferred.
