Job Summary

We are looking for a Firmware Developer with hands-on experience in embedded systems and IoT products. The candidate will be responsible for developing, debugging, testing, and integrating firmware for connected devices.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain embedded firmware for IoT and home automation products.
- Work with ESP32, ESP-IDF and FreeRTOS.
- Develop firmware using Embedded C/C++.
- Implement and debug communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I²C and GPIO.
- Work with wireless technologies including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth/BLE and Thread.
- Implement and maintain OTA firmware updates with appropriate security measures.
- Integrate firmware with sensors, peripherals and hardware components.
- Perform hardware-software integration, debugging and troubleshooting.




- Participate in prototype bring-up, testing and validation of embedded products.
- Collaborate with hardware and software teams to develop reliable production-ready products.

Required Skills
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in embedded firmware development.
- Robust knowledge of Embedded C/C++.
- Hands-on experience with ESP32 and ESP-IDF.
- Good understanding of FreeRTOS.
- Experience with Wi-Fi, BLE/Bluetooth and IoT communication.
- Good knowledge of UART, SPI, I²C and GPIO.
- Experience in firmware debugging and hardware-software integration.
- Understanding of OTA updates and embedded system security.
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.

Good to Have
- Experience with Thread / Matter.
- MQTT or other IoT communication protocols.
- Experience with bootloaders and OTA/FOTA.
- Experience working on home automation, smart devices or IoT products.
- Knowledge of Git and embedded debugging tools.
