Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Associate – Financial Systems Analyst with strong experience in Infor CloudSuite Financials (CSF) and finance operations. The role involves supporting enterprise financial systems in a managed services environment, ensuring system stability, financial accuracy, SLA adherence, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills

- 5–8+ years of experience in finance operations, ERP support, or finance technology-enabled services.
- Hands-on experience with Infor CloudSuite Financials (CSF) is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Projects, Grants, or Financial Close.
- Candidates should ideally have experience across 3–4 finance modules, with robust depth in at least 1–2 areas.
- Experience in managed services, shared services, or outsourced finance operations.




- Knowledge of financial controls, reconciliations, audit support, and compliance.
- Experience with ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or similar ITSM tools.
- Understanding of ERP integrations and finance data flows.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in US shift hours as required.

Preferred skills

- Experience with Infor Lawson / Infor M3 Financials / Oracle Financials / SAP FICO .
- Exposure to Infor OS, ION, Birst/BI , or similar Infor ecosystem tools.
- Experience with US healthcare or other regulated industries .
- Exposure to BlackLine, FloQast, Trintech , or similar close management platforms.
- Experience with finance and HR/payroll integrations .
- Experience with transition and knowledge transfer activities .
