Role Description The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager (Immediate Joiner) is a full-time, in office role based in Pimpri Chinchwad. This role is responsible for managing the company’s budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining financial models, analyzing financial performance, preparing management reports, and providing insights to support strategic and operational decisions. The manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, track key performance indicators, and recommend actions to improve profitability and cost efficiency.



The role also involves supporting leadership with ad hoc analysis, scenario planning, and investment evaluations.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Finance and Financial Planning, with the ability to interpret financial data and support business decisions.
- Advanced Analytical Skills and experience in Financial Modeling to evaluate scenarios and assess business performance.
- Proficiency in Budgeting & Forecasting, including creating, monitoring, and revising financial plans and projections.
- Relevant experience in FP&A; or corporate finance, preferably in FMCG, consumer brands, or retail.
- Comfort with Excel and financial analysis tools; experience with ERP or BI systems is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain financial insights to non-finance stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CFA, MBA in Finance) are a plus.
- Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period.
