Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced FP&A; professional with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and financial analysis. The candidate will support management in understanding business performance, identifying key financial trends and providing data-driven insights for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and manage annual budgets, financial plans and periodic forecasts .
- Perform budget vs. actual analysis and investigate significant variances.
- Prepare monthly MIS and management reports with relevant financial insights.
- Analyse P&L;, balance sheet and cash flow performance.
- Develop and maintain financial models for business planning and decision-making.
- Prepare revenue, expense, profitability and cash flow forecasts.
- Monitor key financial and operational KPIs and highlight trends and exceptions.
- Support month-end reporting and financial performance analysis .
- Prepare management presentations, dashboards and business performance reports.
- Analyse cost structures, profitability and working capital.
- Support management in identifying cost optimization and revenue improvement opportunities .
- Work closely with accounting, operations and business teams to collect and validate financial information.
- Maintain financial planning models, reporting templates and supporting schedules.
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reports as required by management.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data used for reporting and analysis.

Required Skills





- Strong knowledge of FP&A;, budgeting and forecasting .
- Excellent financial analysis and variance analysis skills.
- Strong understanding of P&L;, balance sheet and cash flow statements .
- Advanced MS Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, financial formulas and data analysis.
- Valuable knowledge of financial modelling and management reporting .
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret financial data and present meaningful business insights.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with large volumes of financial data and meet reporting deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- CA / CMA / MBA – Finance / ACCA or equivalent qualification.
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems .
- Knowledge of Power BI or other reporting/dashboard tools .
- Experience working directly with senior management or business leadership.

Experience Required 3–5 years of relevant experience in FP&A;, Financial Planning & Analysis, Management Reporting, Budgeting and Forecasting.

Candidates whose experience is primarily limited to bookkeeping, accounting operations, AP/AR or statutory audit , without substantial hands-on FP&A; experience, may not be suitable for this role.
